Welcome to the Brentwood Handball Club!

Handball is one of the most exciting indoor team games, bringing together physical strength, competitiveness, and speed.

If handball is new to you, visit our ‘introduction into handball’ section where you can read more about the sport and watch some YouTube video clips. We welcome you to come and try handball at our training sessions at the Brentwood Centre (click here for directions) held every Monday from 7.30pm until 9.00pm. Everyone is welcome: from beginners to experienced players, men or women, and youngsters aged 16 or over. A good workout guaranteed!

If you are representing another handball club, get in touch to arrange some competitive games. We would love to beat you!

Match report - mixed tournament held on 7 January

On Saturday, 7th January 2012, Brentwood Handball Club travelled up to Oxford to take part in a tournament for mixed teams with Cardiff and Thames Handball Clubs.

This was the first opportunity for the female players of BHC to play competitive games since the Brentwood mixed tournament in summer 2011, and saw Jo Grant, Stephanie Wardow and Julia Mengin join men's development league players Mark Cory, Terry Ward, Ian Weir, Boris Pini, Sean Briscomb, Rob Grant and Duncan Whitfield.
